    When I read "non-profit" it's a big red flag for me. Am I to presume that you're looking for a big hearted person, who will volunteer their time on this?;)

    If he chooses to be PM instead, I guess there are big hearted guys who may want to do so. I don't see anything wrong nor do I see a red flag, maybe you can elaborate more on the red flag thingy?
