Need Some Very Basic SEO Help

I need some very basic insight. I have a unique, fully developed web site, using a template from my host. I was told by another person here on this forum that my keywords and content were getting buried under script and erroneous code, which is part of the reason Im not ranking well with spiders.

Ive spent alot of time getting the key words, content and meta tags correct, I think, but I would like someone else to look at my home page source code to see if there is a problem - or anything I can do to increase my search engine likeability.

Ive been designing web sites for many years, but Im not an expert on code or scripts.

You can see my source code at www.greatvintagejewelry.com

    Sincerely~ Veronica

Hi Veronica, what are the primary keywords that you are chasing?

Script errors can definitely cause a lot of problems if they get entangled with the body. However, I would like to know the keywords that your page is focusing on.

I really don't like your title. It's keyword stuffed. If I was a visitor to your site, I would prefer a more natural title.

Google says to make pages for users, not search engines.

Like it is right now you probably have 5% content in the source code and the rest is just code.

Also, as others have told you the title is considered keyword stuffing, not good, find something more ok for your users, in the same time you can maintain the keywords there.

Also, because of the big big big source code, your site takes too much to load.

Your title is definitely keyword stuffed.

You need to try and focus on a few keywords that actually appear on the page instead of focusing on the cramming everything into one page of your website. You need to remember that search engines look at your website as individual pages not as a whole. You need to optimize each page of your site with keywords.

Also, I do not actually see a meta title in your source code you may want to add that so it will show up in the search results.
