Need some vBulletin Help

Hi i have some issue and some hacks i need installing on both my vBulletin forums , im new to vBulletin so need some help.

What i am stuck on is i have installed 2 new skins and i use vBadvanced now at the bottom of the page where you see..

Mark Forums Read | View Forum Leaders | Log Out all links are dead in the vBadvanced but working on the forums section so need this fixed or a logout button added to header.

I need i-trader installed on one of my sites.

And a few header buttons added to both sites linking to the right urls ect i will give images and info on what buttons ect.
