Need some vbulletin help

    I've been trying to skin vbulletin and i'm fairly new to it and I need some help :p

    1)

    If you go to, http://www.talknaruto.com/index.php

    When viewing it in internet explorer the category headers have a space underneath them which I want to rid of, it works fine in Firefox and Opera though.

    2)

    I need to know how to change that ugly grey background :p and how to change that white border which is also used on a lot of other elements of the skin.

    It has to be within the style templates.

    I would leave the order for the POST icons, looks nice.
