I can't understand what do you mean? Website proposal means - the index page?If so,please send me the details.

 

I mean i need to make a website but we have to write a website proposal on paper. Its one page writing about 400-500 words or may be less.

I will send you a document and you will see the title of the website + what needs to be elaborated.
