Buying Need some to code an image file for me.

    I had a guy do a PSD for me and he sent me the screen shot and then dissapeared. This should have been done 2 days ago but I was trying to hold out waiting for him to finish it up.

    I am looking for someone who I can provide the screenshot he sent me and have them code it in html/css

    Since I have already paid him to do this work and it is in dispute with paypal, I am keeping the budget low, Like $10-$15, If you can also do ecovers I will pay $25 for the entire thing.

    Image to HTML/CSS - $10-$15
    Image to HTML/CSS & Ecover - $25

    I need this done today, if you cannot do it today, please dont respond, for those interested, please shoot me a PM.

    You might think its to low, but the other members who have PM'd me about it must think its fair.

    I appreciate your input on it though.
