Has anyone of you filed tax as individual (and shown YPN earnings)?

I am wondering if you can show any business expenses when filing taxes as Individual?

It's best to consult an accountant.

Sure you can. And as soon as you do you throw up a flag on your Schedule C and set yourself up for an Audit.

If you are going to play the "business" game the IRS is going to want to see your contribution to FICA. And as a self employed "business person" you did pay your 15.3% FICA contribution didn't you?

You would be well advised to show this as extra income and don't take any expenses. And of course the best person to contact is your accountant or tax preparer.

Their is no way around taxes.
