i need some suggestions from webmasters in DP.

i recently started a site which basically a social network for webmasters? it seems like people are not actively participating in my site.

what do webmasters like? would it work if i remove my site scripts and install a vbulletin forum there.

please, i need some inputs from webmasters here.

The first thing you should consider when you make a site for webmasters is the design and then the content. You should make more efforts about the design. Try with some good forum topics as well. Good luck.

    100% honest:

We are webmasters. For us to sign up for another webmaster's site- that thing has to be damn good.

Design, layout, etc. all needs to be changed. You need to really make it amazing for webmasters to join.

Think about adding some webmaster tools to, add a webmaster forum (get this started, and the rest will fall into place)

Maybe you want to include some goodies for your reader to sign up. At the same time, you could various web marketing strategies to promote your website. You might also want to consider putting in some ads so that there is a way to help you earn some incomes as well.

    May success with you.

yep webmasters like digitalpoint! There needs to be something more unique there. Do you offer anything else beyond what digitalpoint has to offer?

So, you plan on making yet another webmasters forum..

What will set you apart from the big guys like sitepoint and dp and the others? You need a unique selling point.. otherwise no one is going to just sign up and post into the abyss.. its like standing in an empty room and screaming out loud.
