need some strict rules in hosting forum

    we all know now a days there are a lot of scam going on in web hosting forum which needs some attention , many guys getting duped and all DP is getting hi lighted i saw a thread at WHT forums where members do mentioned about "DP" scams which brings really bad reputation

    Please alert us when you see hosting threads with offer of five dollars or less outside freebies area.
