Buying Need some simple script fixes asap.

Here is the situation. I purchased a lousy real estate listing script with several bugs I need fixed. They seem to be very simple fixes but I am tired of dealing with the developer. I needed this script fixed 2 weeks ago.

Here are my issues:

1. One of the pages is suppose to display the feature allowances (duration, pictures, etc.) for each listing package, but one of the features is not displaying in the member's area after having been updated from the admin panel.
2. The script supports banner advertising, but the banners are not showing up on the site.
3. The script allows the administrator to create additional content pages using a built in text editor. Links created with the text editor work immediately, but at some point start redirecting the visitor to the wrong page.
