NEED some simple programming done for site - GOOD PAY

Hey, Im interested in a programmer who can make a tool such as the one here

which converts text into an image instantly and then implement such a tool on my website (pm me for more info) which will need be automated to make images from the text that users enter. would also like some html to be displayed on the succeeding page telling users the html for this image.
