Buying Need some simple features added to my simple site :')

    i just brought this site...

    and i want to add some features to it...

    - number of views per tag (how many people have click the tag) if this can be displayed when the mouse is hoovered over the tag would be great.

    - only 3 free submissions per day.

    - reciprocal link that users can have if they want their link on the homepage instead of paying.

    if you can do these 3 message me with a quote.

    But there's some quetions I need to ask first :
    1. for the 3 free submissions per day, is it for the whole visitor of the day ? or visitor with same IP ?
    2. I don't quite understand about the work(process) of reciprocal link. Would you describe it more ?
