Rank higher in the SE's by fixing the header link that points to /insurance (403 Forbidden), make it point to the index Insurance - Your Complete Guide and Resource on Insurance instead? My instinct tells me that people who find your page in higher search results will convert better than people who are digging deep into further pages.

You may want to improve the header visually, personally I am reminded of a parked webpage. I think people see enough of those to get a feel for them. Personally I would also add some text or image w/ text (above the fold), making the site say something that gives it more personality.

The most important tip, is to keep logs of where traffic is coming from, what you showed them and what action they took, and study it.

Your website could use some illustrations.
You might consider using a cms like Joomla.

    My two cents:

    - get a professional looking header
    - move the pic to the left of the top adsense block. Better yet, use a few smaller pics immediately to the left....it draws the eye better.

If you're easily offended don't read further :)

This is really meant to be constructive not insulting.

1.Your site looks like one of those sites when you accidentally type in the wrong address. The ads are more prominent than your content and is completely evident to your users. It looks like a made for AdSese Site

    2. What is the purpose of your site? What are your credentials? Why should people take your advice? All these questions should be answered upfront.

    3. If you are going to keep the logo "INSURANCE". I would change it to "KNOW YOUR INSURANCE". Make a smaller font. And take the "insurance - " part out of the tagline.

    4. If you want to know more about Joomla you can check out the content management section of the forum or go to www.joomla.org

If you want to see an example of a Joomla site you can go to www.promoinnovations.com (It's not the best example because it can do so much more - but I make tons of Adsense money).

If your articles are unique, submit them to article directories. (eg ezinearticles.com)

You can also submit your site to web directories.
