Need some quick help thinking of a word / phrase...

I can't for the life of me think of a certain word that I need. It's a euphamism for "following up with leads".
"Follow up" is the closest I can come, but what are some other words and phrases that mean the same thing? thanks

closing (as in closing the sale)

customer contact

corresponding

crm (customer relationship management)

account servicing

customer service

i don't know - that's a tough one...

Checking-in with?
Hiding the salami?
(no, wait... that's something else)

umm.. CRM, Sales.

 

If you are following up a lead, basically spamming the customer, you could use 'courtesy call' as a euphemism.

What's wrong with follow up?

thanks guys for the great suggestions. i wanted something different than follow up because it's a bit cumbersome to include in our product's name
