Need Some Photoshop Tricks..

Hi Guys.. its me Davin..

i want some help in photoshop.. i use Photoshop cs4 .. but i am not a gr8 designer.. guys i wish to do some 3d futuristic designs. especially logo designs in photoshop.. i tried but when it finished it looks like flat good old fashion design so my clients say they need modern logo design instead of such flat old design..

guys i got an example for a modern design or a 3d logo design.. plz chk it


and i wish to see a video tutorial of this logo design.. or such 3d or modern logo designing,.. can anyone plz upload any tutorial ?? or reply me any best link from where i cant learn such tips and tricks in photoshop..

My advice.. If you're not a "gr8 designer" DON'T TAKE ON CLIENTS until you know what you are doing.

Well, you can't create a proper vector logo in a photo-retouching program.

Start with the right tool - Adobe Illustrator, then look up vectortuts.com and you're off to the races.

Try some logo blogs, like faveup for inspiration
