    he will register on site and active his account

    after tht i ill give him 3-5 day to comment on it

    Rule : must have knowledge in english
    i will need the user and pw tht he use on registration

    i ill only pay u on comment
    the rate is 0.05$ -0.1$ per comment

    i ill pay weekly
    payment ill be via paypal
