Need some one to program automatic mailer to domain owners

    Can anyone make me a program that would check whois databases for domains (I will give you the keys on which to generate domains I am interested it) an then send email to owners. I need it to be working on linux.

    Is against the WHO IS terms of service with most of them, you could get into trouble for that.

    how many whois queries do you think I could do without getting in trouble? I was thinking of doing only like 500 per day
