need some one to convert JPEG image into PSD and CSS

    ermm, it's very easy to do this. just upload it to photoshop and then save it down.

    You use the photoshop exacto knife blade tool, and you cut "slices" each slice on your image becomes a seperate jpg (or png) and then you go to File - Save As - and select Website.

    This will create an html doc with an images folder, which contains all the slices. The Html doc will not have much CSS in it though but you don't really need CSS if you already aligned it all in photoshop first.

    this isnt very informative OP are you looking for someone to slice a design or for someone to convert a flattened image into a layered one? elaborate please
