need some niche idea

Hi all,

Need some niche ideas on what to sell to our elder male friends aged 35-50. Not much of a research but I came up with DIY stuff, magazine subscriptions(DIY related) and some hair loss treatment stuff. Anything else that they may be interested in?

I would personally look into full keyword research for your aged niche to help with promotion and making it much easier to rank well in search engines. More traffic = More Sales

 

In the past, RX affiliate programs were great for this niche. For hairloss, Propecia was a big money maker. And ED meds such as Viagra, Cialis, etc. were HUGELY profitable!

But times have changed. Now there needs to be a face-to-face consultation to legally sell RX drugs online (in the U.S.). This means that unless you're willing to risk something that's considered illegal (there are plenty of programs still selling in the U.S.), then it's not worth risking. I spent several years promoting this niche, but quickly exited when the legal aspects changed. Plus, search engines don't look favorably RX sites, and the available paid ad networks that will accept RX sites is limited.

That being said, the "health" niche is still a great niche for this demographic. Can't recommend a particlar product or service, but I'm sure there are plenty of options if you search around. Personally, I'm promoting payday loans (big money maker! See my sig), but I'm not sure how it would perform with this group...

 

I agree with bigznet. Health and wellness products would sell well in this demographic. Try looking at health supplements for this age group as well as diet programs and exercise routines. You can include some products on how to lose weight and stay fit for people between these ages.

I recommend Weight Loss or something like a p90x. I have a website called LeanFlatAbs.com I usually do pretty good with that website around Jan. and Feb. when Americans realize their FAT.

An associate of mine promotes Testosterone Boosting supplements to that age group and does very well, just a heads up.

 

Although, weightloss & hair loss can be seen as potential niches for the adults with ages ranging from 30 to 55, we can however practically target anything that seems appropriate for people of this age group. I can't suggest many, but you got to think out of the box.

 

So how much tyraffic do you get? What do you have a blog?

 

I would also suggest this. Also, try to find something that you will enjoy doing.

 

Yeah definitely the diet programs and exercise routines. You can cover some articles on how to lose weight and break fit for humans amid these ages.

 

Keep in mind that 35 to 50 isn't "elder" or old. Men in this age group and beyond still rock, love fast cars, motor bikes, tech gadgets etc. Open up the niche to men in general. Don't turn them off with words like "elder". Call them experienced or mature, but please ... not elderly.

Just wanted to let you know about a new product Sildenifil (Generic for Viagra/Revatio).
This is much cheaper alternative than the brand name. As you may know there is a huge market for this and because of its low price it gives you a great opportunity for high profit margins. This should be a fairly easy sell especially for the age range that you are trying to target.
