Need some MySQL expert to fix my forum . 10$

    So, 2 years ago I used to run a soccer related forum.I shut it down, however, I kept the database and its files.Some weekse ago I decided I wanted to start it again.I bought a new domain, installed the same version of my vbulletin 3.6.8 I used to run and imported the data base.All my members and threads are recovered, but there is a HUGE problem.As my forum was in cyrilics, all my cyrilic posts and threads are shown as "??????????" .THere is some encoding problem that I cannot fix.So, if there is someone who thinks can help, I will provide him with my cpanel details and when the work is done I will pay him 10$ via paypal.
