Need some low level and high level PHP programmers

For low level PHP programmers:
I need some low level PHP programmers for small tasks that needs to be done from time to time . They also might be needed to give me a helping hand in bigger projects.

Should have:
1. Some basic PHP knowledge
2. XHTML knowledge
3. Some javascript knowledge
4. Should be online around 7-8 hours(GMT office time) .

I don't want any professional coder for this jobs as others will manage all complex tasks here.

2. XHTML knowledge
3. Some javascript knowledge
4. Should be online around 4-5 hours(GMT office time)
5. Application creativity is a plus
