need some input before i consider sell?

www.florinabeach.com/forums -the index page got hacked some how, we are working on it.

If i were to sell this forum, whta would be a reasonable price for BIN/ BID starting?

It gets about 1500-1800 visitors per day, up for 2 years.
I run that banner on the top for like 80 bucks a month and link advertising for $40 bucks a month on the bottom (paid advertising service does that). So $120 in revenue, though I have had as much as $160 per month.

Would anyone be interested?

 

You forget to mention PR 3, and over 6000 registered users, not to mention that it looks active with recent posts.
This is the wrong section, it should be in appraisals, but , do some more copy writing on your benefits, and you may find some decent takers.
People are always looking for active forums.
It has a little more to offer than what you are giving it credit for.

Thanks for the compliments though. It was just sort of a little hobby, but I really awnt to get into some better, more highly developed type websites and larger.

 

At the risk of extending a mis placed thread, you may want to consider keeping it, and building related niche sites around it, using your user base for initial traffic. If they are already interested enough in the subject matter to participate frequently in the forum, it may be a good costumer base.
Just a thought.
