    Using Wordpress there is no way by default to notify people their comments have been accepted. I would assume there is a plugin for this, all though to be honest im not sure.

    There should be a plugin already installed by WP to show your latest 10 comments in a widget area. So you could put that in the sidebar, which would show up on your homepage.

    If you want them front and centre, maybe try this

    Why would you need to show all comments on homepage? It will make the blog immensely slower to load and too long if you have hundreds of comments!
