    I always Digg my new projects. Go to Digg.com and write a quick summary of your air dryer and make sure that your title is the keyword you are targeting. If your competition is not too bad you will have your digg listing in the Google SERPS within an a few hours.... and get a back link too. Do not abuse digg, because they will ban you!
