also, will need 2 different types account such as buyer and wholesaler,

and other hand Shopify a viable option for building a site in most countries, it's when you need more than one language on your website that you need to be careful. There is only one theme in the Theme Store that is multi-lingual out of the box (allowing customers to pick which language they'd like to view the site in), but unfortunately it's limited to two languages. Also, the checkout on Shopify is always in one language.

I think Multi language is supported by most of the popular carts - X-cart, OpenCart, Zen-cart.
Shopify surely does and its not just a cart, its an ecommerce platform altogether.

You should try with Magento, it provides multi language, multi currency. Also We had develop extensions for connects buyers and sellers. in that you can have your commission and seller can upload product by themeselves.

you can use shopify . It is just not a shopping cart but a complete ecommerce platform.

 

I would personally recommend X-cart. It has unlimited currency and many languages support. PM me if you need any help with it.
