Need some help

    I got a client who has his database connected to a remote connection from my hosting to his remote database. The DB is working fine since he has 20 sites or more. however, It doesnt work at my hosting. The IP has been added to the firewall, any idea what ways can I fix it?

    I cant find anywhere more appropriate to post this =/

    You need to unblock the port 3306.

    Mysql has a security fix wich makes sure that the only host allowed to connect to mysql is LOCALHOST. If you need it secure you need to add the IP of the server you are connecting with.
