need some help!!!

I have a site i am making.. http://www.libertygone.net/new/

and i have the layout all in CSS.

I made the "top.jpg" in a div layer but i need to have links on it as you can see here.
http://www.libertygone.net/new/images/top.jpg

how would you reccomend i make make the top.jpg "clickable" and be able to use as the navigational bar for the site?

Haven't you tried putting <img> inside <a> tag like this
<div id="header">
<a href="your link here"><img src="http://www.libertygone.net/new/images/top.jpg"/></a>
</div>

 

i thought of that right after i posted this. i'm going to be doing that in a bit.. i just put some text there for now
