    Hi,

I'm thinking about buying a PR5 domain name to help all my other sites out. I will reciprocate between all the sites.

I saw one ad for a PR5 domain name, and the seller said a PR5 is worth about $50 a month worth of links. In other words, people will pay you (the owner) $50 a month to get on your site...Is this true?

Also, do DN go down in PR? what if I buy a domain name that was in the automotive field, and then change the field to real estate...would the PR suffer?

    Thanks

The PR will suffer only if the web sites which are linking to you remove the links because they realize the site topic has changed.

Check the domains which were linking to the website. If the domains have expired, you will lose PR

Wrong, if the domain expired will not lose the PR if the domain keeps the backlinks

    Best :)
