need some help with php directory

    hello guys
    i have a directory and i need to mail the link owners (about the broken reciprocal link)
    i run PHPLD v3.0.5.
    as you know,the admin page simply doesnt allow me to send mails to link owners,but my friend said with some one who knows PHP programming you can send mails.so i was hoping you might help me...

    Already I am at a downfall, although presumably, if you can create a page, take the entered email addresses from the database, using a mysql query, then break the array down, place commers into it, then place the email address into the mail function, etc.

    Else, if you friend has already sorted it, why not just borrow his code?

    my friend havent cracked it,but he just said its possible.
    i would be happy if tell me how to take the email address from the data base???
