Sporadically I've been investing time into this site. Since it's traffic hasn't been great, I didn't bother too much on the adsense placement. In the past weeks traffic is starting to grow and I feel that the site is merely producing 30% of it's true potential (CTR is very low). Looks pretty good to me, on the front making the top left add a large square will probably increase CTR a bit though, and also moving the skyscraper in the middle up a bit over HTC News
On the frontpage you could add the skyscraper too, depends how high $ of your pageviews are actually the front page if this is worth it or not though. Also, the square on the top right, is that getting many clicks at all? From my experience squares on the right side of the page get way less clicks than squares on the left side, as people start reading from left.
