i just want to know if i want to login to my adsense account, do i need to login only using the ip address of where i register for the account? or any place i am with different ip address will able to login my account and not get ban? lets not say about self click etc.... as i know the rules just need to confirm if different ip address login will be safe? another thing is, if possible, what if i login in cyber cafe and someone elses saw my address safe at the IE, and click on the ads? self click?
First, let me tell you that in my country and in many other countries your ISP assigns a new IP each time you connect to the internet... so it's nearly impossible to get the same IP twice... I prefer not to log into my email account or adsense in a cyber cafe, you are putting your accounts at risk (key loggers, inclosed sessions, spies behind you lol...)
Any sites with your money in it (like paypal account, moneybookers account, adsense account, online banking etc)... you should only access these from your own computer not a public computer. Much safer.
I think it's ok logging in from different IP address. As far as I know, I don't think google ever mention anything in their TOS about this issue but definitely do not try to login using cybercafes as it is a public computer. I never had any problem with that using my Adsense account.
another noob question. if i using ip address based from my country, and someone from same country happen to view my site, will my adsense ban? i scare it will.

IP addresses of different computers are different. So you won't have any problems because people from your country views your site. Google is almost as omniscience as God....
