Need some help on legal issues about hosting mp3s

    i would like to know what are the legal issues of hosting mp3s and video files on hosts such as godaddy and hostgator? Is it legal? If i have a disclaimer would it make it legal? would lke to know thanks

    If the MP3s are not your own, you aren't allowed. You must ask permission from the artists (and most likely they won't allow you :) )
