After panda update my website's all keyword rank has decreased so then how can I bring that keywords first page of Google ?????

You again add quality new content and linking , you can get your desire results.

I think you are affected by over optimization penalty. Re-write the content and start quality link building similar to your niche.

After google penguin updates many sites got down from search engines due to over optimization and keyword stuffing . If yours site got dumped or ranks go low then just refresh your content with keyword density 3-4 % and content should be keyword relevancy. Meta tags should be optimized again. Dont do over optimization start posting fresh articles and press release.
