Need some help in Optimization

I am admin. my forum is new. I don't know If I want a member to make him vip or premium, so, how will I make him ? First I will have to add a title named "VIP", right? Then how to make a selective member as VIP? secondly I want to display a custom avatar for all members. Like If some one is junior member then a libel attached must show that he is junior. Like I show you. I want that this tag should be shown to the member page or below his name any where in forum. Like this take an example http://www.itdunya.com/member.php?u=201 You can see a libel attached with a member and this is shown any where even if he posts. Soon reply will be appreciable Thanks.

 

Create a new groups and add some modification.

 

Make a usergroup called V.I.P

Then add a custom user-rank for that image and tie to to the V.I.P Usergroup and set it to "Always Show"
