Buying Need some help in modifying wordpress plugin style

    I have this wordpress plugin which makes a directory out of my wordpress theme:

    I need to some help in modifying it. These are the things I need done:

    1) I want to make the outbound links of the sites added open in a new window.

    2) I have used the code to make the directory appear on my homepage (in the example /DEMO), but when I visit a category and then click on TOP, it goes back to /DIRECTORY. I want to make this stop.

    3) I have used the pro thumbnail plugin. I want to make it work.

    4) I also want to change the look and style.
