Need some help in Link Wheeling

    I was trying Link wheeling last day, but was confused as what are the top 10 websites I can use... Which will help me in generating back-links.

    Please let me know the concept and how to use it?

    Here's a good explaination of a link wheel, and how to make one effective.
    Can Link Wheels be Effective?

    Remember that 99% of all link wheels out there are completely useless, becuase the owner doesn't develop links and actively promote each 'spoke' of the wheel.

    I read the article - nicely put together - I still am staying away from link wheels though.
