Need some help in Globalization

I hope you guys can help me out a bit with this question

What basically the question is asking is "the idea of globalization promises much more than it delivers in terms of gender equality, migration and health."

So, I want some points about what advantages and disadvantages globalization has brought and if you can, I want some future predictions about it.
