Need some help in building a tutorial site

    I am planning to build a tutorial site in php,
    The main requirements are:

    1. It will have a registration/login page for students and teachers.

    2. It will have profile pages for students and teachers

    3. Students profile must have a tracking functionality which will tell them what they have studied, their progress etc.

    4. When a Student selects/enrolls under a particular teacher, the teacher will get notification

    Is there any cms specific to this requirement? or have to be custom coded?

    Moodle is one of the relevant scripts

    But it is too complex.

    If you have enough knowledge about php-mysql you can build the site yourself, it wont be hard but might take quite sometime.
