So im looking to make a daily income through making a MNS. Never done one before and i know next to nothing about backlinks, seo, getting indexed.. Pretty much nothing but unlike a lot of people who think you can make money instantly im will to put time and effort into creating something over a few weeks/months that will start to make an income. I current don't have the money to purchase a domain or hosting so i was maybe thinking about using blogger. Heard they rank well on google and i have a little experience using blogger before. How would i go about finding out a Niche? From what i have read once i find a niche i simply post content daily and wait for the traffic. Any help or suggestions are much appreciated. Hello Ben, All those who now know a lot about backlinks, seo, getting indexed, etc didn't know a thing about them years or even months ago, but now they do, because they took the time to learn, I think you will too, if you go right on studying and learning and doing. Thankfully there are great forums like this that you ca learn all you need for free, About getting started with Blogger, I wouldn't do that. Why spend your time and effort to build a business on a platform that you don't own? I think it's best you do whatever you can to get your own domain. That's a good start. About hosting, there are free hosts out there that you can use but you do need a domain name. Good luck! Kingsley
I do currently own a few domains which i bought last year, was going to use them for something other but never got round to it due to personal problems. I currently have a small wordpress site set up as i was just messing around in the Cpanel, long time since i was in one but everything seems to be the same. I would get some content your site first, once the content is set up try improving your seo and getting users to register this has helped me by lots.
You need to keep focus and dedicate work every day. I was just the same as you, didn't have the money for a domain name or hosting, but through the use of squdioo, hub pages and other web 2.0 properties, I managed to start earning with a few affiliate programs on ClickBank. Just keep trying and you'll succeed!
My personal opinion? You can and should use other websites online to promote and make money - BUT you really need to build your OWN real estate from the start, your home, online, which you have complete control over, and that no one cant shut down or control. Dont build other people's business, build your own, then use their other sites for promotion.
It is probably best to buy a domain and find free hosting. Once you have content, (easy to add using wp platform) then publish with your new domain name, use ismysiteindexed dot com to get it indexed. I use this on new sites and they always get indexed in a couple days. Find a free "learn SEO guide" at seomoz dot org/learn-seo so you at least get some basics. Then start backlinking to your new site by creating pages/sites on the free platforms like blogger, free wordpress, tumblr, etc. and make sure each page has a link to your new site. Then write some articles (or spin the ones from your new site) and link those to your site and link some to your free sites for extra power.
