Hi all, im new to this site and looking for some information. Im thinking very seriously about buying a website but have no previous expierience. The seller has provided info on sales, profit margins and marketing strategies etc and all looks very promising. I've been told the site has a google PR 4 which im led to believe is pretty good and also has 10,000 quality backlinks. How can i make sure all is above board and this is not a scam??? Any replys and info would be a great help. Thanks
