I have face this problems a couple weeks ago. But I don't know if our case is the same.

My PC is infected with ntdetect1. Here is my solution:

    1) Turn off System Restore
    2) Download and install Security Task Manager
    3) Run the software.
    4) It will display 3 processes at the top showing path c:/ntdetec1/
    5) Open folder containing any one. A folder with address c:/ntdetec1 opens up. Keep it open.
    6) Close each process one by one. Make sure you start with cmrss.exe or something like that or the system will simply reboot. Do not close c:/ntdetec1/shell32.dll first. Close it last.
    7) Now you had kept the folder open. Shift+Delete it from the folder tree at the left. Do not press Back or the folder will vanish. Close Security Task Manager.
    8) Open Regedit and Search for ntdetec1. Delete all entries.
    8) Reboot system
    9) Turn on System Restore back.

Try this method first. If not, post back here. :)

Not yet, LOL. It actually can be solved by using McAfee anti virus software. I am gonna download the latest version and remove this. I hope the issue gets solved. :(
