Hai Friends, I am planning on starting a free file hosting site. After a months work I have written a script and its ready. Now I want this site to become huge something like Rapidshare.com, So what I want to know from you friends is that where can I get a server for the lowest rate but should be a reliable company. I want to start with a minimum configuration server as upgrade as the site gets more traffic. The other point is how to make the site huge as Rapidshare.com I have a plan on marketing but I would like to know as more as possible before I plan the launch of the site, different way to get traffic and users to the site. Hire folks to post in every warez/file sharing/movie sharing forum out there. Movie rips are posted everyday, make mirrors on your file host and post as a reply. Make sure you reach a particular target until you begin charging for it ....
