Long story short, one of my client sent amount from Europe to my ICICI Bank account through Swift Transfer. I am not sure if the Swift Details were entered correct (my account number submitted is correct I have the swift copy so I could verify my number in that), as ICICI doesn't take direct swift transfer like SBI did for me earlier, the amount had to go through JP Morgan Chasus Bank, NY as its in USD. As far as I know, client forgot to add the ICICI bank account personal a/c number of JP Morgan. He entered my personal ICICI bank account number but not ICICI's account number with JP Morgan. I would like to know if - is there a possibility for my client to send account number alone again to the bank (his personal or JP morgan) or do I need to ask my client to claim for refund with his bank and send it again with the correct data this time around ? Experienced members help would be highly appreciated and please no wild guesses
