well the better your grammer on your site the more professional you wll look. Also if you miss-spelled any keywords it will affect your on page optimisation and search engine results greatly... you see if you have the keyword "money online" and you had it spelled like this "mony onlin" <----- (wrong spelling) then this would not show the search engines that your page should actually be optimised for "money online" .... changing a spelling mistake or bad grammer can only be a good thing.
