I recommend WidgetBucks. It's attracted criticism in the past, but they're improving the service all the time and it's a proved payer. My WidgetBucks review will tell you all you need to know and show proof of PayPal payment.

Shopzilla is doing well for us, for sites that have products. Am guessing it might not work as well for services-related topics. The value seems to be that a good image of each product is shown. I haven't tried their text-only links, only those with pictures.
What exactly are you after? Someone that will let you run ads on your site and you get paid via paypal when someone clicks on them?
You can try paid content for your blogs. Most of them pays Via paypal. Sometimes its better than PPC cause you just place advertiser's link and get paid.
