Hey I got an Idea and would like to know if there is anything of the following: 1. CPL offers that pay over $1 and are international so that I recieve the same amount from anywhere in the world. Also they need to accept PAID Incentives. A pay per sign up affiliate program such as www.gygan.com/affiliateprogram/ but with between $0.7-$1+ per sign up world wide. I did not find any CPL offer that matches what I'm looking for ar NeverBlue.com or Peerfly.com so I'm asking you. Also, if you know a working program, I have nothing against signing up with your referral link if you got proof of it working. (Trust me, you really want me as your referral if it works!)
