Need some good hosting!!!

    Hey I am in need of hosting from $12-72$ a year.

    This is what I need at least:

    Disk Storage- at least 1gb
    Bandwidth- at least 20gb
    POP3/POP3 Secure Email Support
    Addon Domains or Subdomains
    Parked Domains or Subdomains
    MySQL Databases- at least 5
    FTP Accoutns- at least 5
    Direct admin or Cpanel
    PHP 4 or higher
    Log files and Site Statistics
    Webmail
    Spam Assasin
    Good support
    99.9% Uptime Guaranteed
    Bulletin Board sytems or CMS
    Flash/Shockwave
    Supports Streaming video, music, and flash.
    Sytem Backups
    File Manager

    They must have most of those because there essential to me.
