    You can get back linking by submitting your website into free web directories which have good PR and you can search these free web directories through Google.

    since you are new, you should start off with submitting articles to high quality article directories first (e.g. ezinearticles, ideamarketers, etc.). start with the basic stuff before you move on to other things like social bookmarking and directories. focus on quality, not quantity of backlinks.

You can create attractive video and video content contains links to your site, send them to video sharing sites have high page rank.You have to write the blog, comment on the other blogs the same topic, comments in the forum with a signature profile that links to your site.There are many ways but this is the most common ways that you can do.You will find many more methods when you finish the above methods.
