Need some feedback

Hello,

I need some feedback on one of my websites. It is probably the first website I have designed from notepad so go easy on me.

What do you think I can do to improve the design aspect of things. The website isn't completed at-all and is just in early development.

Do you think the design is okay for a website like that or should I start from scratch? (Which I don't mind doing)

Just put it in the css file so that the source looks cleaner.

 

Your intro is nice, but I would put a few interesting facts right there on the home page to help capture the readers interest more.

Maybe one or two "Did you know...." type of things below your intro.

I'd suggest using something from our solar system in this, such as the moon or mars.

 

I love your content , but if the design does better , Your grade may be more approved !

If you can I'd suggest using some designing software like Photoshop and then coding it in notepad.

But for just using notepad it still looks pretty good.

I like your website, but if you could make some changes on the design it will look much better and may attract more people.

 

It needs something on the home page to make me want to explore the site more. Maybe pictures with links to your other pages?

Thanks for that. Yeah will change it it - it was just one of those random moments where I got lazy and inline CSS was the easier option as opposed to createing a div, span or ID for it.

Yes! Thanks for that as well. I'm thinking of adding a gallery slider to the home page which just shows images then links to the articles I'll eventually write up on the website.

p.s. I would use Photoshop however anything I create in there looks like I've created it back in 1998. (I.e. it looks old)

 

Designing is Okay. I like 'Interesting Facts' very much. Please add some more facts too.

 

Very good as a first try, clean and nice site, just the width of the header is a little less than the content box, fix that.. and would be more better if you try another color scehem.

it's better to change the home page template.you can search more number of template design.from that designs you can create a better design

 

It's good for your first website, keep at it.

 

Header should have a border around it to match the content section in my mind.

I like the site content. design is also cool

 

For your first try it's very clean Also colours blend well. I would say maybe adding a banner etc and a couple of more colours but good for your first attempt

interesting header, i like the effect when i switch menus. but the footer color really doesn't belong there ruins the color scheme of first pages imo.
