    Hi there,

I am looking to post an RFP for a provider to post articles that are currently on our website. However, before doing that, I would like some feedback on the RFP if the requirements make sense or if I should add anything else to improve on it. Any pro or con of the RFP would be greatly appreciated. Here's the copy of the RFP.

    Project Description:

You will post to at least 100 English language related websites/ article directories, original articles found on our website. We currently have 170 articles and average between 350 – 600 words.

You will provide content formatting (if required) for posting, which includes abstract, keyword list, and HTML coding in body for copy/paste ease, if required. You also may have to trim our articles to meet the specs for the site’s publication guidelines, and then submit the article for publication.

A weekly report by yourself will show actual screen shots of submissions and all activity is to be tracked in a spreadsheet we will provide indicating website/ directory URLs that our articles have go on, our text link that was used, date the article was added, and the Page Rank score (minimum of PR3) of each site/ directory etc. This spreadsheet will also be used for billing purposes. We will provide with a list of 5-10 requested anchor link texts.

The project is to be billed and paid on a weekly basis and compensation is based on per article posted. If this project is successful, we want to continue the campaign with you on an on-going basis and build a long-term business relationship. Please provide an estimated time of completion and references from previous contracts regarding article posting. A vendor with prompt responses is much appreciated.

Site/ Directory Qualities we are looking for:

All links must be on actual functional websites i.e. not from guest books, fake article submissions, forum signatures, classified adverts, F.F.A directory websites, pages/links that will expire after a certain time (ads, review pages etc.)

At least 50% of the websites/ directories have to be on Canadian websites (Canada IP numbers and Canadian domains); the remaining websites/ directories should be on US or UK websites.

Sites/ Directories we are NOT looking for:
We’re not looking for article directory-type sites that accept articles from anyone (See Directorieslistings.com as an example of what we DO NOT want). We’re looking for sites that have quality content and are updated frequently. We want to ensure that these publications will result in a number of noteworthy search engine hits for our website.

    No unethical behaviour such as:
    a. Sites/ directories with adult content, gambling, unethical practises or other offencive materials.
    b. Number of sites/ directories from the same C class of IP addresses NOT acceptable.
    c. Directory sites have to be spider friendly. You have to make sure that the site does not have the "no follow" attribute or other robot tags that will not enable the spider to crawl the site.
    d. No Link farms, no pages or websites that have been banned on Google, No hijacked PRs.
    e. No “black hat” techniques must be employed or “black hat” sites/ directories to be used.
    f. You will not use sites/ directories that are hidden, cloaked or redirected in any way.
    g. No pages blocked by robots.txt.
    h. Each site/ directories you provide should be unique and not come from the same server or belong to a network. It must have its own unique domain.

Approximate start date of the project after selecting a bid: Immediate
